Communiqué #3: “And He (Allah) Sent Against Them Swarms of Birds”
How Sinwar led Hamas to build a paragliding shell company and outmaneuver the Zionist entity on October 7th

﷽
Bismi Allāh Al-Raḥmān Al-Raḥīm.
In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
This is the short tale of how Hamas, led by our esteemed General Sinwar, built a paraglider shell company to outsmart the entity and offer our mujahideen wings to soar over the Zionist wall in one of the greatest anti-colonial military operations in history.
Allah’s Swarm of Birds

In 570 CE, known in Islām as ʿām al-fīl (the Year of the Elephant), the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was born.
His birth coincided with the rise of an army of pagans led by a taghūt (tyrannical) Akusmite-Habasha military leader, Abraha, who ruled over the Kingdom of Himyar (modern day Yemen). It was Pre-Islamic Arabia, and Abraha received word that every year idol-worshipping Arabs performed Hajj (pilgrimage) and engaged in a ritualistic festival and lucrative trade bazaar centered around the holiest site in Islām, the Kaaba (the House of Abraham).
The jealous Abraha vowed to construct a far more magnanimous house of worship in Yemen and proceeded to march his soldiers - 60,000 men - atop mammoth-like war elephants all of whom were bent on destroying the Kaaba and turning it to rubble.
Abraha sought control of the trade route that led from South Arabia to Syria and Egypt. The Arab tribes of Mecca including the Prophet’s tribe the Quraysh formed a coalition to ward off Abraha’s assault, but their rivalry and infighting led them to ultimately capitulate to the inevitability of the impending attack. The Kaaba would be raised to the ground. The Prophet’s grandfather advised the people of Mecca to take refuge in Mecca's hills and proceeded to proclaim aloud: “The Owner of this House is its Defender, and I am sure He will save it from the attack of the adversaries and will not dishonor the servants of His House.”

It was then, the Qurānic Chapter of the Elephant reveals, that Allah sent in defense of the Kaaba an army of scattered tiny warrior birds - types of which had never been recorded or witnessed before.
The birds were so numerous that it is said they blotted out the sun, turning the cloudless sky dark. The bird’s beaks were described as that of birds of prey and their claws resembled a dog’s paw. Each bird carried a stone in its beak and two stones in its claws. The small rocks they clutched were made of petrified clay. Upon release, the pebbles fell with the intense velocity of cannonball fire, instantly perishing Abraha and destroying his horde.
Indeed, as our beloved mujahideen in Gaza believe and the Qurān notes: “The disbelievers plot (kayd) but it is Allah who decrees their plans to be in vain, for Allah is the most magnificent deceiver and planner of all.”
And (then) Allah Sent Against Them Throngs of Parachute Gliders

On October 7th, taking the enemy and the world completely off guard and obliterating the myth of the colonizer’s omnipotent power, “falcon” paragliders soared over the separation wall to execute one of the greatest anti-colonial operations of all time.
While October 7th took more than two decades to plan, the exact timing corresponded with hacked intelligence that informed Hamas that the taghūt (tyrannical) Israel was planning to assassinate Hamas leaders General Sinwar and Commander Mohammad Al-Deif and engage in a ground offensive to destroy Gaza. These parachute gliders, resembling Allah’s Birds of Prey, soared through the skies above to protect Gaza from an impending ground attack by the Zionist entity.
Much behind the blessed October 7th flood is yet to be revealed, but what we do know is nothing short of miraculous.
In a recent Al Jazeera series entitled, Witness Upon History, journalist Ahmed Mansour interviewed former prisoners who spent time with Sinwar in prison as well as two of Sinwar’s close confidants, Mahmoud Mardawi and Jasser Barghouti. These interviews reveal little-known details about both Sinwar and the planning behind the earth shattering Al-Aqsa Flood operation that cataclysmically unraveled the world to no end.

Hamas established a public-facing paragliding and parachuting shell company with legitimate trainers and licenses in the name of promoting ‘tourism’ within Gaza so that they could train out in the open for Al-Aqsa Flood under the nose of constant Israeli surveillance.
The official line about the company told to people in Gaza was that it was designed to uplift the morale of Gaza’s disillusioned youth who had never seen beyond its coastline shores.
The company proclaimed: “Whoever wants to fly can finally soar!”
What was unspoken was that the company was, in fact, a front and fake cover for Al-Qassam fighters to practice offensive maneuvers for the world shaking day that would alter the earth’s destiny. Al-Qassam was simulating October 7th, 2023: In real time and in plain sight.

Initially, the “company” expressed that it would permit members of the general public in Gaza to participate and use the paraglides for entertainment and leisurely purposes at a reasonably low price.
The stated intent for the local community was that paragliding would serve as a venting outlet for Gaza’s repressed and suffocated youth. However, shortly following the company’s establishment, Hamas’ muqawama (resistance) purposefully raised the rental prices significantly such that only a small minority of the public could actually afford to lease the costly paraglides let alone the training guides’ time.
This public-facing pricing strategy was intentional so that Hamas could deploy the company as intended: To train fighters to fly over the wall that separated them from their besieged and occupied homeland.
As Hamas learned how to soar and touch the skies above, the entity drilled their occupation barrier deep into the earth underneath the wall, expecting that any future ‘attack’ from Gaza would come from underneath, not above. But the colonized - who study the boot on their necks as our blessed mujahideen did - always know the colonizer best.
Several militant factions like the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, and the Mujahideen Brigades naturally became suspicious and jealous of the few Al-Qassam fighters who they recognized training and learning how to paraglide. To the other cadres, this was a positive development that they wanted to be part of, so they asked the Al-Qassam Brigades fighters they knew well to allow them as sibling brigades to participate in the ‘excursion’ training exercises.
Al-Qassam conceded and the other cadres were able to join in on the ‘drills’ but not even the other mujahideen factions knew that the entire paragliding company was a facade to train out in the open while besieged under the most sophisticated surveillance power the world over.
Every once in a while, the paragliding shell company would close Al-Bahr street on Gaza’s coast for a whole day so that the falcon bird brigades could master the blue skies above, typically deemed by the Zionist entity a ‘no-fly zone'. Training days meant that Palestinians in Gaza were banned from the beach and told to head to Salah al-Din street instead where alternative entertainment was arranged (by Hamas) to blind the surveilling Zionist enemy.
The paragliding shell company is just one minute detail in a tapestry of masterfully orchestrated out-maneuverings sewn by our beloved cunning General Sinwar and Hamas to exquisite perfection.
The degree of strategy and precision of Al Alqsa flood will be heralded and studied for generations, as will the mastermind behind the operation: General Yahya Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim).

Our mighty General was known to be obsessed with time.
Sinwar raced against the measure of his own life. He considered time to be fleeting, precious, never to be wasted and supremely valuable. His confidants recall how he kept a stopwatch in his office: He would cut his meetings off right when the stop-watch struck the hour, never allowing the person with whom he was meeting to proverbially eat off the next person’s plate.
Sinwar studied the Zionist entity down to every minute detail, learning to read Hebrew while in the occupation’s prison gulags to understand the enemy in their own language.
In planning the mighty Tufan (flood), our martyred General gave the Zionist entity the false impression that Hamas’ political cadre and its military wing Al-Qassam were no longer interested in offensive maneuvers. Sinwar deceived them into believing that - at best - Hamas and Al-Qassam were adopting a defensive posture in their relationship with the entity.
In the 2019, 2020, and 2022 rocket attacks on the Zionist entity by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Hamas abstained from participating. This led many resistance factions and geopolitical forces both regionally and globally to critique them, but they were merely playing the strategic long game.

Adding to the cunning deception, in the months leading up to October 7th, 2023, General Sinwar - much to the dismay of Hamas’ leadership - dissolved the elite Nukhba forces (considered to be Hamas’ tip of the spear) and integrated them into the overarching structure of the Al-Qassam brigades in order to give the impression that proactive offensive plans of the muqawama were no more. He decreed that Al-Qassam’s navy forces and submarines were to be similarly disbanded. Many were under the perception that Hamas had transitioned to a strictly defensive posture, if not altogether abandoned the strategic forward goal of anti-colonial militant resistance.
The quiet General - known for spending countless hours in seclusive meditation, prayer and supplication - proceeded to shrink the military council. He was adamant that the aforementioned strategic choices be publicly announced and known to all - enemy and foe. However, our beloved General insisted on one matter that would remain unchanged till the Flood’s zero hour: Al-Qassam were to continue their training maneuvers that they regularly conducted on the mock settlements they built parallel to the separation wall. These perceived “defensive” war game exercises and operations were to remain slow and steady to give the elusive impression of business as usual.
In the period preceding the torrential Flood, our mighty General commanded that everyday practical bureaucratic, administrative, logistical and military procedures proceed as normal. It was the quiet before the shattering impending Tufan’s storm. Sinwar studied the enemy meticulously and operated with unparalleled strategic force so that nothing alerted the Zionist enemy’s suspicion. Even the General’s closest confidants didn’t perceive and couldn’t comprehend what was unfolding – and questioned the intention behind what they regarded as the General’s rash decisions.
Unbeknownst to all, the man obsessed with time - the precise and decisive General Sinwar - was already counting the days, hours, and seconds: The blessed Tufan was upon us.

The Al-Aqsa Flood and October 7th’s historic wonder and organizational lessons are countless and etched in the insignia of time.
Many seminars, classes, and lectures on the infamous glorious day will be taught and discussed as more details are revealed. The exhilarating Al-Aqsa Flood is not the product of a few years: It is the culmination of over two decades of accumulated laborious effort while under unfathomable siege.
The martyred General’s close comrades Mahdawi and Barghouti acknowledge that the General understood that the 2018-2019 Great March of Return mobilizations were a dress rehearsal for the Al-Aqsa Flood; it was aimed at psychologically and materially conditioning the people of Gaza on their ability to break through the physical blockade en masse.
Pan-Africanist Kwame Ture long noted that mobilizing and organizing are not one and the same. Mobilizing unfolds in reactionary relation to issues, whereas organizing is a creative decolonial act revolving around structures and incepting alternatives beyond the colonial and imperial order worlds of the above: Nation-states and capitalism. Our General and mujahideen battle for an Ummah of the below, where all worlds fit.

The Great Tufan is Allah’s miracle and the result of the muqawama’s jihād (inner and external struggle) and sumud (steadfastness) that are both grounded in the gradual and meticulous laying of quintessential grounds prior to October 7th. Our mujahideen prepared a Gazan civilian culture of spiritual resistance alongside physiological, somatic, and material, as well as media and propaganda foundations to be acted upon in coordinated unison.
Our mujahideen incepted a collective intifada of a population’s spirits. They nourished a dignified Gaza that stands taller than the shiniest and most fragile Arab normalizing glass towers built in bedouin deserts incapable of withstanding sandstorms. Crucially, even Palestinian prisoners in 30 gulags and detention centers spanning Ramon to Negev to Beersheba were central to the success of the Great Flood. Our mujahideen leave no one behind, centering the fringes, the fragile, the prisoners, and the children, all of whom serve as their sword sheathed backbone.
Amongst the prisoners organizing early on from within isolated prison cells two decades prior was our mighty General Abu Ibrahim who was imprisoned by the occupation for 23 years with multiple life sentences.
Our muqawama composed and built itself from cinders of an ember nothing: Armored units, an engineering core, special forces, infantry, armory, air defense, and artillery cadres.

The beloved General Sinwar was an elaborate master of covert deception.
In the media - which the mighty General deeply resented - he strictly spoke about ending the blockade on Gaza, the expansion of Gaza’s electricity grids and health services, and enabling Palestinian workers’ mobility and access across the Egyptian Rafah border as well the flying checkpoints leading into the Zionist entity (indeed all of Palestine’s occupied territory). In his official meetings with Qatari and Egyptian intelligence officials, he illusively focused on Gaza’s reconstruction, the issue of expanding trade across Gaza’s southern borders, and even emboldened the belief amongst Gaza’s political and military parties that Hamas’ strict priority was securing Gaza’s access to food, water, and solar panels.
On October 6th, 2023, a mere day before the beautiful Tufan Al-Aqsa, our dearly beloved and direly missed General - who demolished the idea of mediocrity, half measures, and concessions - gathered together all the major Gazan political factions, tribal families and resistance groups and updated them on this supposed ‘NGO-ized development’ trajectory. Shrouded in absolute secrecy, little did anyone know that the end-times war of all wars was on the verge of being imminently unleashed in less than 24 hours.
The rebellious General Sinwar- assassinated by the IOF by accident at zero distance - is the eternal nucleus of the equation of deterrence to the entity. He was acutely conscious of a new generation that fell prey to defeatism in light of the 2020 Abraham Accords which didn’t simply represent normalization between Crusading-Zionist and Arab and Muslim nations, peoples, and forces, but rather signified a treacherous coup against the perceived dying spiritual and ethical-political values of the region.
The General - founder of Hamas’ first security apparatus (the MAJD forces) - refused that Palestinians be condemned to die slowly. He infamously stated: “We will not be good victims and we will not die silently. We will be a devastating mujahideen [class of our own] who assure that the world learns to stand on one foot.” Abu Ibrahim never wavered from keeping his honorable word.
Under the General’s leadership, Gaza would decide the time, place, and level of security threat that the mujahideen would impose in exposing a new mask-off reality upon the world.
For years, our muqawama gathered intelligence on the Zionist enemy, identified double agents, and delimited their capacity at striking Hamas’ leadership. The mujahideen mapped the entity with detailed monitoring of its ‘security’ fence structure and enclaves enveloping Gaza.
They surveyed the methods of the wall’s construction from width to length to height, down to the advanced deployed surveillance mechanisms. Constantly around the clock, they diligently studied military sites, patrols, and soldiers, across ranks, each of their scheduled rotations along the border checkpoints. They archived, observed and analyzed endless footage, creating a database that enabled the brigades to breach the wall at 60 different points, from above ground as opposed to below, unlike the entity anticipated.
A few days prior to Al-Aqsa Flood, the muqawama arrested and eliminated 45 treacherous double agents all at once, infiltrators that they were long aware of.
The General’s prerogative was that instead of the partial intelligence that each traitor would individually provide if they dealt with them one by one over time, the mass apprehension would eliminate and cut off the entire supply line of human intelligence (the hydra) in a single blow. Doing so destroyed any possibility that the Zionist entity could rely on infiltrators the moment the Flood’s zero hour was called for at 6:30am (GMT +3) on October 7th, 2023.
In fact, to throw the entity off completely, the muqawama often provided false reconnaissance to the 45 implanted Judas defectors engaged in espionage against their own people prior to Al-Aqsa Flood.
For Every Bird a Nest: So, Fly, Fly, O Birds, Our General Looks On

Our resilient muqawama constructed a massive and ever-expanding network of at least 600 km of tunnels: All created under the earth with shovels and in rare instances used boring machines like electric jackhammers for digging - not caterpillar bulldozers.
The tunnels are not a walkable path. They are descending lifeline veins zig-zagging and criss-crossing, diverging, intersecting, are multiple and independently single, resembling a spider’s web or more aptly the inverted root of a tree, a rhizome, that possesses no determinable exact center.
Some of the world’s most innovative engineers in the world are Palestinians designing Gaza’s tunnels, carefully constructing a genius labyrinthian network of ever-evolving mazes to elude the suffocating siege.
The mujahideen’s engineers built the tunnels in such a way that you don’t even know where you are unless you possess a blueprint map that not all the mujahideen have access to. You descend from one place to rise back to the surface through a thousand upon a thousand other crevice portal openings
The tunnels are ventilated, have TVs, light, electricity grids, plumbing, communication lines, food and water supplies, beds, clinics, classrooms, storage rooms for weapons and missiles, prayer halls and even (council) meeting rooms. They are lined with reinforced 200,000 cement pieces: Concrete slabs transported and carried underground by the mujahideen’s blessed hands that dug through the sandy soil. The tunnel roofs are solidified with durable clay.
Tunnels are our soaring free mujahideen’s nests, big and small, and the General’s wind sings our mujahideen songs.
The bird nests serve innumerable purposes and objectives: Tunnels can be offensive, defensive, or oscillate between both. Some are strategically deployed for cross-border attacks, others are tactical supply lines or supplementary insurance tunnels. Some are shelters while others are munition storage units running from across Beit Hanoun to Rafah to Salah El-Din road.
From the Yasin RPG (named after the “spiritual father” of Hamas Ahmed Yassin) to the Al-Goul sniper (named after mastermind Adnan Al Ghoul), the mujahideen built an underground Indigenous weapons industry in the tunnels and are still producing Gaza-made weaponry almost 600 days into this live-streamed genocide.
While the Zionist entity requires constant shipments of weapons of mass annihilation from places like Germany, Canada, and the US, in their birdhouses made of concrete sticks, our mujahideen have constructed entire independent underground military complexes. They manufacture ammunition, drones, bullets, missiles and arms; even all that serves the mujahideen’s submarine naval commando forces.
The only place out of sight of the occupation’s ever-watching gaze is indeed subterranean - literally “the below” - constructed by hands that have blessed the soil for generations.
Our honored muqawama in Gaza built a community, a mentality, an environment, and a culture of spiritual resistance in Gaza embodied by both civilians and the mujahideen over decades.
Jihād doesn't only refer to those who participate in the fighting (Qitāl). Non-combatants expending their resources to support the muqawama is a form of Jihād. Promoting knowledge and propaganda that shows interconnectedness between struggles in support of the muqawama is Jihād. Helping the mujahideen - financially, psychologically, or otherwise - in building tunnels and trenches or even providing logistical support for the purchase of military arms is a form of Jihād. Whoever attends and cares for a mujahid’s family and the broader community is engaged in blessed Jihād.
The Ummah's first line of defense is the muqawama in Gaza.
Prophet Muhammad said: “Whoever equips a warrior in the cause of God has indeed fought, and whoever takes care of the family of a warrior in good health has indeed fought.”
On that beautiful dawn of October 7th, 2023, with Allah’s blessing, Allah’s small birds became Al-Qassam’s paragliders, whose small stones were replaced with M-4, M-16, Kalashnikov 103, Russian Dragunov and Steyr 12.7mm snipers, as well as FN-FAL and FN 2000 rifles. The mujahideen’s talons carried Krinkov submachine guns, RPG-7 and RPG-18 launchers, hand grenades, and explosive charges - all handmade in Gaza.
When will the aslumber Ummah of Muslims heed the Qurānic verse: “Prepare against them what you can of power & cavalry to deter Allah’s enemies & your enemies as well as other enemies unknown to you but known to Allah. Whatever you spend in Allah’s cause will be paid to you in full & you will not be wronged.”
Upon your path O Abu Ibrahim we will continue and will not be dissuaded.
Upon your path, Palestine and Al-Aqsa we will continue though they may kill and bury us all under rocks, bricks, and concrete slabs, indeed every pebble and stone.
Fly, fly, O muqawama, for Allah almighty, Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and Our great General look upon us!
amazing. thank you for writing this. Long Live the Resistance. Long Live Hamas.
Astounding piece. 🙏🏽
Reading and rereading.
